Dr. Joe Easton had finished his internship and took a job at the hospital on the island for the mentally challenged. He was not familiar with mentally handicapped people, but he was going to be the medical doctor on staff. He fell in love with the hospital C. E. O. Strange deaths and disappearances of bodies started happening. He called the police to investigate but he was not prepared for what they would find.
