A sinister organization based near Oxford, England, has found a way to train spies in telepathy and other skills - and Cassandra gets mixed up with them when trying to find out if her twin sister is still alive. A great story and a must-read thriller for those who like a touch of sci fi/ fantasy and an alternative reality not so far from our own.
