My novel is ultimately a story of hopes and dreams, essentially an uplifting spiritual fantasy. Wars in the middle east, terrorist attacks around the world, wide-spread pollution in China, global warming and rising sea levels. When will it ever end? Given our very troubled planet, what would you do if you were approaching the autumn of your years and this amazing event happened to you? Ten days before Christmas, you awake one morning and progressively discover as the day unfolds, that God made you this promise while you were sleeping. "My special child, over and above all others, I have chosen you and another. Your task will be an opportunity at influencing your planet's destiny. Your heart is uncorrupted and your soul is without malice, being born in this fashion and never changing. Therefore, I make you this promise. For the entire day, I am going to grant your every wish, for good or for evil, enabling you to help mankind, if that is your desire. May you use these unbounded powers astutely." Would you help yourself or would you help humanity? This story is about a person who ultimately faces that decision, and the many miracles that follow.
