The last five years have been quite interesting. I spent the first three as a Mental Health Worker and Direct Care Counselor. All in inpatient psych units with patients ranging the entire mental health, and age spectrum.(13-90+) Then... I spent the last 2 years traveling the world; from India, To Europe, to America, and so on. At times completely penniless, and other times receiving help from the most unlikely of characters. All in the hopes of stepping out some of comfort zones that I had created. As it seemed to unfold it became quite clear, my travels were set out in the hopes that I could experience; experience whatever it was that these sacred texts were trying to convey. I claim no credentials, no college degree, no formal training, and no certification in teaching spiritual practices. This 'book'... if that's what you want to call it; is simply a collection of poems, lessons, conversations, and reflections. All of which are from my time on the road; in search of Spirit.
