English summary: "Kodex," has been appearing yearly since 2011 and edited by Prof. Dr. Christine Haug (LMU Munich) and Prof. Dr. Vincent Kaufmann (University of St. Gall), is the Journal of International Society of Bibliography (IBG) and is dedicated to current research subjects from the field of book science and media studies. The fourth volume of the journal contains the proceedings of the 14th IBG yearly meeting, a multidisciplinary meeting that took place from February 7th to the 8th in St. Gall with a conference theme of "Plagiarism." The phenomenon of plagiarism is combined with the problems of intellectual property, their scholarly utilization and legal safeguards as well as the changing concepts of authorship in the age of digitalization. The interdisciplinary oriented studies place their focus on the closely related ideas of adaption, copy and (literary) forgery as well. Die vierte Ausgabe des Jahrbuchs enthalt die Vortrage der 14. IBG-Jahrestagung, die unter dem Titel "Das Plagiat - ein multidisziplinares Forum" am 7. und 8. November 2013 in St. Gallen ausgerichtet wurde. Zusammengefuhrt wird dabei das Phanomen des Plagiats mit der Problematik des geistigen Eigentums, seiner wirtschaftlichen Verwertung und rechtlichen Absicherung und auch mit den sich im Zeitalter der Digitalisierung stark wandelnden Konzepten der Autorschaft. Die interdisziplinar ausgerichteten Beitrage richten ihr Augenmerk zudem auch auf die mit dem Plagiat eng verwandten Begriffe Adaption, Kopie und (literarische) Falschung.
