The importance of Education can not be over-emphasized. However due to limitation of teaching infrastructures, manpower and accommodation required for traditional training and learning delivery method; majority of the population are missing the privilege to get formal education. In light of this, many institutions are looking on eLearning as one of the key method to accommodate a big number of students in their programmes. Unfortunately, the implementation of a sustainable and effective eLearning system, for many institutions has been a big challenge. Based on this challenge, the Author carried out a research in order to suggest possible solutions. This research looked on critical barriers that affect the adaptation of eLearning at Higher Learning Institutions in Tanzania. Among the key areas covered in this book was Organizational Culture towards eLearning; Quality of Content Creation; and eLearning Policy. Based on research analysis and findings, the Author suggests solutions for effective implementation of eLearning system. This book is a useful tool for various aspects of eLearning system to the Practitioners, Policy Makers, ICT Experts and Students.
