Total Quality Education: a Study with Reference to Commerce Graduates in Bangalore Usha Devi

In this survey, an effort is made to study the association between Total quality education and later life success of the commerce students. The study revealed that present the system of education focused more on academic examination, employment and economical empowerment but not on emancipation. Therefore, there is urgent need for reorientation of the present commerce educational system from ambitions to aspirations and this is possible only by imparting Total quality Education.
