Storms leave tracks and beacons of light are easily noticed. It has been a while since Angela and her friends had stopped the first storm, the literal cataclysm foretold by Ashara. Knowing that there are other 'storms' in store for the future, she and her companions know that they can never truly rest but return to their normal lives they try. Returning to their normal lives is not as easy as before. The gift that allowed them to do that is no longer present. The power granted to Dark Templars does not extend to all as Angela's dark templar friends are no longer the generation relied on by the Balance to perform its missions. That means the storm they had stopped has lit up their powers like beacons of light for the world to see, only the Templars, themselves, are shadowed by the obscuring power of the Balance now. The Era Walker Fellowship Crumbles. The Era Walkers; held together by the threat of the storms, is strained by their internal conflicts from past lives as well as current events. Spirits awakening within the group threaten to destroy the delicate threads that tie them together as secrets from their first lives bubble to the surface. The awakenings threaten the safety of the newly formed trust of Angela, Rachel, and Maya as well as the rest of the Era Walkers, who must rely on each other against any new threats that emerge. The Walker in the Shadow. Not all the Dark Shamans were stopped during the Hyper-cane. One was closer to home. One has seen the beacons of light. One has fought the church and lived to tell the tale. With reports of wild and powerful hunters abound, this simple and normally harmless Shaman would do anything to protect herself and those she has bound to herself. She has taken it upon herself to take on Angela and Robin to erase the light after dealing with hunters from the church for so long. After all, people who try to kill preaching about the light obscure those who hold the light, which spells more trouble for Angela and Robin. Will they receive enough warning and get the help they need from their friends and fellow era Walkers?
