What do we most wish for in life? What keeps us happy as we go through life?What is happiness? If you can measure happiness, then can science study it?How do you measure love? Why are we our worst critics? Why do we care what others think or say? Especially when it comes to our passion and dreams, negative self-talk kills so many thoughts, and people are stuck in it. I think changing it takes time and dedication, but if we truly want that, we will get out of it and introduce more positivity in our lives, it's our choice.
