Differentiated book- It has a historical context with research of the time-Merry Tales by Mark Twain. This collection of captivating tales showcases Twain's signature energy, imagination, and sense of fun, as well as the dark satirical tone that characterizes much of his work. Its objectives range from the difficulty of learning German (explored in a three-act play in which two young lovers are forced to lead their courtship in the beginning of German), to the incompetence of the military command (found in a sketch called " Luck "in which it is revealed that the most praised battle ploy of a celebrated general resulted from confusing his right hand with his left). A tireless adventurer, I have found in his own life the inspiration for his literary works. He grew up in Hannibal, a small riverside town of the Mississippi. At the age of twelve he became an orphan as a father, dropped out of school and entered as an apprentice typographer in an editorial, while he began writing his first newspaper articles in newsrooms in Philadelphia and Saint Louis.
