COMPANION TO CONTENT IS KEY STUDY GUIDE Early on Velsa a very experienced nurse, realizing the need to train and inspire other upcoming nurses, has been instrumental in coaching, and teaching nurses assistants (Nurse's Aides, and CNA's}, Practical Nurses (PN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs) in the workplace. She has contributed to the development and implementation of a Nurse Tutoring and Review Program to assist foreign trained nurses, newly graduated nurses, and repeat test-takers to be successful on the State Boards of licensing exam, commonly known as the National Council Licensure Exam (NCLEX). In preparation for the NCLEX, she aims to help those pursuing a career in the Nursing field so that they will not only the exam on their first try, but will also be equipped with the knowledge, skills and confidence that are vital to their transion as a suuccessful Registered and Professional Nurse.
