A simple book for men to color, draw, and write in about dreams and dreaming. The drawings are of men in different sleeping positions to work sympathetic magic with and/or as a sleep journal. An example of using the images as both magically and as dream incubation is the book's front cover.

There are 9 drawings that repeat 7 times repeating pages to draw, color, and write down goals. On the back of each page is an area for dream log entries.
