The small town of Crescent City, Iowa thought it was well prepared for the coming winter months and slew of holidays. Clem and Bernie Walker had lived there all their lives and thought they had seen every kind of disaster the season could bring from ice storms to unwelcome relatives. Nothing could have prepared them for the trouble that descended on the town this year when a mysterious special delivery showed up at the local bank. Quickly tucked away in a safety deposit box it sat there all but forgotten weaving its dark spell. Soon horrible things began to happen all over town. Would Clem and Bernie learn its dark secret in time to save Crescent City...and themselves?
