In this combination of ten short tales that push past the expectation of what reality is seemed to be for some, Sameerah adds her own seasoning and flare to these at home read tales. Sameerah meets fairytale and memoir with this ten chapter book as she herself returns back down the rabbit hole of her inner child. Tired of reading books that just showcase black trauma and pain, Sameerah decided to create her own versions of what "normal" was within the eyes of being black. She hopes to inspire others to write their joy and enjoy it, instead of feeling the pressure to write more pushed stigmas.
