This material was originally cultivated during a season of my life when I was still trying to figure everything out. Ironically, a decade later and grappling with a global pandemic and societal unrest we are all trying to figure things out! I attended a meeting with a mentor, the late Bishop Eddie Long at New Birth entitled FOCUS. This gathering was a catalytic event that sparked and even catapulted me to seeing and thinking differently about the world I was called to serve in. Although some time has passed, I've added some significant changes in the approach of the book to make it more practical for those serving in various vocations. I pray that this book speaks to your heart and gives you the ability to understand the times and know what to do. It can serve as an excellent resource for your staff or teams as you seek to build agility and resilience in your ministry or organization. Everything is being disrupted and with that comes new ways of conceptualizing and exploring what's next.
