Joshua (Jeremy Ninaber) competes in underground boxing bouts in order to pay for the care needed to keep his twin sister Emma (Melissa Joy Boerger) in a private psychiatric hospital. Following a childhood tragedy Emma has powerful abilities that she is unable to keep in check.

However, the arrival of a masked man threatens Emma's safety and Joshua must do all he can to protect his vulnerable sibling.
