Hong Kong action drama directed by Johnnie To. Former Judo champion Sze-to Bo (Louis Koo) retires early and succumbs to a lifestyle centred on alcohol at the karaoke bar he owns. Two separate challenges for a dual do not interest Bo until his mentor, Cheng (Lo Hoi Pang), requests for Bo's help in returning his judo dojo to its former glory.

However, as Bo reveals the real reason behind his early retirement it becomes clear that he has no time to waste when it comes to preparing to defeat his opponents.
