? The timeless, seemingly ageless TONY BENNETT has enjoyed a remarkable career, having notched up his first hit records way back in 1951 and remaining both popular and successful for much of the ensuing seventy years, with a steady stream of gold & platinum records, and Grammy awards.

? This 56-track compilation is drawn from Bennett's singles releases between 1951-62, presenting all of his forty-odd US and UK hits, alongside a dozen or so of his rarer 45s, several of which are surprisingly hard to find on CD.

? Features his #1 records 'Because Of You', 'Cold, Cold Heart', 'Rags To Riches' and 'Stranger In Paradise'.

? Although Bennett had been diagnosed with Alzheimer's in 2016, he continued to perform and record until he was obliged to stop, due to the COVID-19 pandemic enforced lockdown in early 2020, by which time he was ninety-four years of age.
