Earl Klugh's most intimate and romantic album is on CD for the 1st time! The aptly named Late Night Guitar is a rare 1979 gem in Klugh's discography. His lyrical acoustic guitar is heard unaccompanied and with lush strings and woodwinds arranged by Dave Mathews on 13 well chosen tunes that range from Brazilian classics like "Triste" and "Like a Lover" to haunting '40s classics like "Laura" and "Mona Lisa" to a guitar and percussion duet of Lord Burgess's "Jamaica Farewell."
