Eventually, the present is neither measurable nor palpable, it passes and perfectly incarnates the instant, it injects into every event the ephemeral feeling of eternity... it is impossible to tame it any other way than by accepting what is. It is this running horse that escapes us forever. The quest to try and convert this impression into music is vain. More than a group, they are a work cell that manipulate their compositions and multiply the meetings until they find "natural" evidence-- the essence of the musical idea. UNS is a German personal pronoun (so it is always conjugated with something else) meaning "we, us, by us, to us, from us...". Their music travels between folkloric evocations, a raw rock energy, and recalling contemporary music while passing through various forms of jazz in a synthesis revealing the musicians for who they are.
