This is the fourth studio album *'Alamort'* by the East Anglian Alt-Rockers **Ducking Punches**. Mixed by **Bob Cooper** (*Nai Harvest, Citizen, The Orielles*) and mastered by Punk-Rock guru **Mass Giorgini** (*Anti-Flag* and *Rise Against*). *'Alamort'* (meaning "half dead from exhaustion") offers a solemn pretext to the nerve-shattering lifestyle and backbreaking work ethic that formed the backdrop of this often brutally honest record.
